HEALTHSPACE TO PROVIDE CS PRO FOR PRIVATE AUDITORS IN NEW YORK CITY AND LOS ANGELES

Safe and Sound Food Safety Consultants, providing audit services to nationally known food service facilities across New York and Los Angeles, has purchased the HSCloud and HSTouch components of HealthSpace Data Systems Ltd.'s HealthSpace CS Pro suite to manage and inspect food service establishments. This will allow Safe and Sound to more efficiently track violations and data for its clients, while staying on top of what matters most: food safety.

This contract constitutes the first major auditor to begin using HS CS Pro in the private sector space for third party audits. Safe and Sound Food Safety Consultants is a full-service consultancy based in Los Angeles with 30 years experience in food service management. A Safe and Sound company spokesperson stated, "We are incredibly excited about this product as it is the first of its kind we have found in the marketplace."

Mary FitzGerald, the founder and principal of Safe and Sound Food Safety Consultants, has worked in the restaurant service industry as a certified trainer, food safety expert and has even served as the general manager of a five-floor restaurant in midtown Manhattan. Ms. FitzGerald has worked with restaurants across the spectrum, from small family-owned operations to large multinational fast food organizations. Most recently, Ms. FitzGerald was contracted by Ecosure, a division of Ecolab, to audit all Starbucks in New York, as well as Hilton Hotels, TGI Friday's and McDonalds.
