NON-BROKERED PRIVATE PLACEMENT

Halio Energy Inc. has completed a non-brokered private placement of 16,817 common shares at a price of $1.20 per share for gross proceeds of $20,180.40. The securities issued in the financing were issued in two tranches and are subject to a restricted period which expires on July 27, 2017. Proceeds from the financing are intended to be used for general working capital purposes.
