ZEKE TURNER ANNOUNCES RESIGNATION FROM MAINSTREET HEALTH INVESTMENTS, INC. BOARD OF DIRECTORS

Zeke Turner, founder and CEO of Mainstreet Health Investments Inc., has stepped down from the board of directors of Mainstreet. This includes his position of chairman of the board, a position he has held since June, 2016. Mr. Turner's resignation from his board position is effective immediately.

Mr. Turner cited the growth of Carmel-based Mainstreet as a key motivation for his decision. Mainstreet is a national company specializing in real-estate development, value investments and health care operations. Founded by Mr. Turner in 2002, the company announced last week that it will open four postacute health care properties in Arizona, with five additional properties to follow in Texas. Rapid Recovery from Mainstreet Health specializes in rehabilitation and care immediately following a hospital stay.
