NEWS RELEASE RE DELISTING FROM TSXV TO NEX

Hellix Ventures Inc.'s common shares delisted from the TSX Venture Exchange after the close of trading on April 21, 2015, and its listing transferred to the NEX board operated by the TSX-V effective as of market open on April 22, 2015, under the ticker symbol HEL.H.

The company delisted from the TSX-V because the company was not able to meet the Tier 2 continued listing requirements of the TSX-V by the deadline of March 9, 2015, or by the extended deadline of April 15, 2015.
