HIGHBANK FILES COUNTERCLAIM AND MOAG ADJOURNS SUMMARY TRIALAPPLICATION

Further to the news release dated May 30, 2014, Highbank Resources Ltd. has filed a counterclaim against MOAG Copper Gold Resources Inc. and its directors, Bradley L. Jones and Gary Brown, alleging breach of contract and fiduciary duties and seeks the return of the six million Highbank common shares released to MOAG, accounting for the profits from the sale of the six million shares, interest, costs of the action and other damages.

The summary trial application filed by MOAG's counsel will not be proceeding June 25, 2014.
