HORNBY BAY APPOINTS JAMES M. BRADY AS INTERIM PRESIDENT AND CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER

Due to other time commitments, Maurice Colson has resigned as president and chief executive officer of Hornby Bay Mineral Exploration Ltd., effective immediately. Mr. Colson is also a member of the board of directors of the company, and will continue to serve in that capacity.

James M. Brady, founder of the company, and former president and chief executive officer, has been appointed to serve as interim president and chief executive officer until the next annual general meeting of the company. Mr. Brady will also join the board of directors of the company.

The company would like to thank Mr. Colson for his contribution as an officer of the company and wish him all the best in his future endeavours.
