GEODEX FILES ANNUAL FINANCIAL STATEMENTS

Geodex Minerals Ltd. is providing a default status report in accordance with the alternative information guidelines set out in National Policy 12-203 -- Cease Trade Orders for Continuous Disclosure Defaults (NP 12-203).

Management of the company has been subject to a management cease trade order (MCTO) in respect of the securities of the company issued by the applicable securities regulators under NP 12-203. The MCTO resulted from the delay in filing the company's annual financial statements, and management discussion and analysis for the year ended March 31, 2015, by the prescribed deadline of July 29, 2015, and the subsequent delay in filing the company's interim financial statement, and management discussion and analysis for the three-month period ended June 30, 2015, by the prescribed deadline of Aug. 31, 2015.

The company is pleased to announce that it has filed its annual disclosure documents, and the documents can be accessed under the company's profile on SEDAR.

The company anticipates filing the interim disclosure documents on or before Sept. 11, 2015. The company will continue to provide biweekly updates, as contemplated by NP 12-203, until the continuous disclosure documents have been filed. In the event that the company does not file the interim disclosure documents by Sept. 28, 2015, the Canadian securities regulatory authorities may impose an issuer cease trade order on the outstanding securities of the company. The company intends to satisfy the provisions of the alternative information guidelines during the period it remains in default of the filing requirements.
