GEODEX ANNOUNCES BOARD AND MANAGEMENT CHANGES

Chris Irwin has joined Geodex Minerals Ltd.'s board of directors. Mr. Irwin has extensive experience in securities and corporate/commercial law and is currently the managing partner of Irwin Lowy LLP. He advises a number of public companies as a director and independent committees on a variety of issues. The company would also like to announce that Gorden Glenn will assume the role of interim president and chief executive officer of the company effectively immediately.
