The TSX Venture Exchange has accepted for filing Colt Resources Inc.'s proposal to issue 217,350 shares at a price of 10 cents per share and 179,550 warrants to purchase 179,550 shares at an exercise price of 15 cents per share during a period of three years, in order to settle outstanding debts having total deemed value of $21,735.
