The TSX Venture Exchange has accepted for filing documentation pertaining to an exploration lease with option to purchase agreement made as of Oct. 9, 2014, between Goldspike Exploration Inc. and Bravo Gold Corp., a TSX Venture Exchange-listed company, whereby the company may acquire a 100-per-cent interest in 28 unpatented mineral claims (the South Lone Mountain property), located near Eureka in Nevada.

Under the terms of the agreement, the company has the option to earn a 100-per-cent interest in the property by issuing 50,000 common shares to the vendor and by making staged, escalating lease payments totalling $329,200 over a 10-year period, during which exploration and development on the property may be conducted by the company.
