Golden Star Resources Ltd. will list an additional 46 million shares at the open on Aug. 3, 2016, according to the Toronto Stock Exchange. As stated in the company's July 26, 2016, prospectus supplement, Golden Star plans to sell 40 million shares at 75 U.S. cents per share. It has granted to the underwriters an overallotment option to buy six million more shares at the same price for 30 days following the closing of the offering.
