The TSX Venture Exchange has accepted for filing Golden Arrow Resources Corp.'s proposal to issue 504,201 shares at a deemed price of $2.38 (U.S.) in consideration of certain services provided to the company pursuant to an agreement dated Feb. 26, 2014.
The company shall issue a news release when the shares are issued.
