GPM METALS INC. ANNOUNCES THE GRANT OF STOCK OPTIONS

GPM Metals Inc. has granted, effective July 26, 2016, a total of 3,825,000 options to directors, employees and consultants of the company, with such options being exercisable at a price of 50 cents per share until July 26, 2019.

The options vest as to 25 per cent immediately and 25 per cent after six months, 12 months and 18 months respectively from the date of grant.
