IMMUNALL ANNOUNCES REVOCATION OF CEASE TRADE ORDERS

The British Columbia, Alberta and Ontario securities commissions revoked their respective cease trade orders against Immunall Science Inc. on Feb. 9, 2016.

The company's common shares were cease traded by the commissions for failure to file annual financial statements, management discussion and analysis, and certifications of annual filings for the fiscal year ended Dec. 31, 2014. The company filed the financial statements, the management discussion and analysis, and the certifications on SEDAR, effective July 31, 2015.

On Dec. 23, 2015, the company amended and restated the management discussion and analysis and filed the amended and restated management discussion and analysis on SEDAR with accompanying certifications of refiled annual filings.
