The TSX Venture Exchange has accepted for filing the company's proposal to issue 1,257,600 shares to settle outstanding debt for $62,880.

Insiders:  CSD Management (Colleen-Sue Davis), $22,200, 444,000 shares at five cents; Smulders Financial Consulting (Jeff Smulders), $8,000, 160,000 shares at five cents

The company shall issue a news release when the shares are issued and the debt extinguished.
