The TSX Venture Exchange has accepted for filing an option agreement dated Oct. 27, 2016, between G4G Capital Corp., and Shawn Ryan and Wildwood Explorations Inc., (the optionors). The optionors have granted the company the option to purchase 21 properties comprising approximately 12,301 quartz claims located in the White Gold district of Yukon.

In order for the company to exercise the option, they must pay the following consideration to the optionors:

• Aggregate cash consideration of $3.5-million payable over four years (of which $500,000 has been paid);
• Issue an aggregate of seven million common shares of the company (of which one million have been issued);
• Reimbursement of the optionors staking expenses ($40,000) (which amount has been paid).

In addition, the optionors will receive a 1-per-cent net smelter royalty over the properties and any quartz mining claim staked by the company in an area of influence around the properties during the five-year period following the date of the option agreement.
