GREENFLAG ANNOUNCES SHAREHOLDER APPROVAL TO DELIST FROM TSX VENTURE EXCHANGE

On Oct. 2, 2015, Greenflag Ventures Inc. held its annual general and special meeting at which the majority of the minority shareholders approved the delisting of the common shares of the company from the NEX board of the TSX Venture Exchange. Pursuant to the policies of the exchange, the exchange will issue a bulletin 10 days before a voluntary delisting occurs.
