Mr. William Wright reports
TRADING SUSPENSION ON TSX VENTURE EXCHANGE
Greenflag Ventures
Inc. has been suspended
from trading at the election of the TSX Venture Exchange. The trading
suspension arose after Greenflag failed to file its first quarter interim financial statements on
time. While the company has since filed its Q1 interim financial statements, and
management discussion and analysis statements on SEDAR, Canada's mandatory document filing and
retrieval system, trading in the company's common shares remains suspended on the
exchange until such time as the company successfully applies for reinstatement on the
exchange. This suspension does not affect the company's operations, and all efforts are
being made to resume trading on the exchange in the immediate future.
Greenflag Ventures recently experienced a change in key personnel and board
members, including the introduction of the new chief executive officer, William M. Wright III, and a shifting of
other significant positions. During this shift, the company's new management team
pooled all resources and exerted every effort to bring its financials up to date. Late filing
of the Q1 financials resulted in a cease trade order issued by the British Columbia
Securities Commission, and this led to the exchange suspending trading in the common
shares of Greenflag on the exchange. Management of the company is working to get
the suspension revoked and to resume trading the company's common shares on
the exchange.
The new board members are excited about the company's prospects and look forward
to continued success throughout the rest of 2014 and beyond. The company is also
focusing on acquisitions, and details of such acquisitions will be announced when
appropriate to do so. In the meantime, the company's operations are continuing as
usual, and Greenflag Ventures anticipates continued growth and success in the
months to come.
