In respect to the previously announced non-brokered private placement dated Sept. 24, 2014, Green Arrow Resources Inc. is anticipating to close the third tranche of the non-brokered private placement prior to Dec. 31, 2014. The third tranche of the private placement will consist of up to 5.35 million units at five cents per unit for total proceeds of up to $267,500. Each unit will consist of one common share in the capital of company and one share purchase warrant. Each share purchase warrant will entitle the holder to acquire one common share of the company at a price of five cents for a period of five years from the closing date of the private placement. Finders' fees may be paid in connection with the private placement in accordance with the policies of the exchange. The company intends to use the proceeds of the private placement for general working capital purposes. The third tranche closing of the non-brokered private placement is subject to the approval of the exchange. All securities that shall be issued in connection with the third tranche closing will have a hold period in accordance with applicable securities laws. Certain directors and officers of the company may acquire the company's securities under this private placement.
