EUROCONTROL REFILES DECEMBER 31, 2014, MD&A

Eurocontrol Technics Group Inc. is refiling its management's discussion and analysis for the year ended Dec. 31, 2014, as a result of a normal course disclosure review by the Alberta Securities Commission.

The amended MD&A, among other things: removes redundancies; better explains period-over-period changes; clarifies the discussion on XwinSys (including grants received); enhances disclosure on the company's research agreement with Ramot at Tel Aviv University; enhances disclosure on compensation of key management personnel; and enhances disclosure on required future expenditures and the company's working capital position.
