Effective July 22, 2015, the TSX Venture Exchange has accepted for filing the company's capital pool company (CPC) filing statement dated July 22, 2015, for the purpose of filing on SEDAR.

Further to the TSX Venture Exchange bulletin dated Dec. 23, 2014, the company's shares were suspended from trading as it failed to complete its qualifying transaction within the requisite time period.

Trading in the company's securities will remain suspended.

Members are prohibited from trading in the securities of the company during the period of the suspension or until further notice.
