EMED MINING PUBLIC LIMITED: NOTIFICATION OF CHANGE OF SHAREHOLDING

EMED Mining Public Ltd. has been notified that on Aug. 27, 2014, Yanggu Xiangguang Copper Co. Ltd., through its wholly owned subsidiary Hong Kong Xiangguang International Holdings Limited, purchased 27,039,000 ordinary shares in the company at a price of 7.0175 British pence. Following this purchase, Yanggu Xiangguang Copper holds 205,865,181 ordinary shares in EMED, representing 14.34 per cent of the issued capital of the company.
