ELECTRA GRANTS STOCK OPTIONS

Electra Stone Ltd. has granted incentive stock options to certain directors, officers and employees to purchase up to 1.8 million common shares under the company's incentive stock option plan. The options will be granted for a period of five years, commencing on Feb. 24, 2016, exercisable at a price of 10 cents per share.
