The TSX Venture Exchange has accepted for expedited filing a mineral property acquisition agreement dated April 23, 2015, between the company and D. Javorsky Prospecting Inc., whereby the company can acquire a 100-per-cent interest in Polar Jade Placer property, located in the Liard mining division, British Columbia. The property consists of 12 placer claims and is 1,490 hectares in size. Total consideration consists of $50,000, 500,000 shares and $300,000 of exploration expenditures. The vendor will maintain a 1.5-per-cent gross overriding royalty which may be purchased by the company at any time for $1-million.
