Sankar Das Gupta, chairman, president and chief executive officer of Electrovaya Inc., has filed a notice of intention to sell up to 1.5 million shares of the company, according to the Toronto Stock Exchange. As in the Dec. 22, 2014, notice, Mr. Gupta plans to sell the shares privately or through the TSX starting on Dec. 31, 2014. Mr. Gupta owns 45,622,854 shares, options to acquire another 1.27 million shares and 680,556 unlisted warrants.
