EARTH ALIVE CLOSES TRANCHE OF $312,000 IN PRIVATE PLACEMENT

Earth Alive Clean Technologies Inc. has closed a first tranche in a non-brokered private placement, pursuant to which it issued 2.08 million units priced at 15 cents each, for gross proceeds of $312,000. Each unit consists of one common share and one common share purchase warrant, which entitles the holder to purchase one common share, at 20 cents, for a period of 24 months following the closing. All securities issued are subject to a four-month hold period.

The net proceeds will be used for general working capital. In connection with the issuance, a 10-per-cent finder's fee is payable in cash.
