3D SIGNATURES INC. ANNOUNCES GRANT OF STOCK OPTIONS

3D Signatures Inc. has granted an aggregate of 1,083,030 incentive stock options to directors, officers and employees of 3D, at an exercise price of 68 cents per share.

The options are exercisable for a 10-year period from the date of grant. All options will vest at the time of grant, with the exception of options granted to an individual providing investor relations activities, which will vest 25 per cent on Oct. 1, 2016, and 25 per cent each quarter thereafter until fully vested.

After giving effect to this option grant, a total of 4,400,588 stock options will be issued and outstanding, with 243,931 remaining for future issuance under the company's stock option plan.

The options are granted pursuant to the company's stock option plan, which was most recently approved by the shareholders of the company at the annual general meeting of shareholders held on Feb. 29, 2016.
