Dusolo Fertilizers Inc., the TSX Venture Exchange listing once run by Eran Friedlander, is the subject of a lawsuit filed in the Provincial Court of British Columbia by Stockhouse Publishing Ltd. over advertising fees. According to the suit, Dusolo signed up for an advertising package that began on Aug. 1, 2015, but never paid the entire bill. The lawsuit seeks $13,467.
The allegations are contained in a very brief notice of claim that Stockhouse filed on March 3, 2017, in small claims court. According to the suit, Dusolo purchased an ad package that included a company showcase, interview with the chief executive officer, news blast and something called a "remnant alert." The package ran from Aug. 1, 2015, to Jan. 27, 2016.
Stockhouse says that it submitted invoices over a period of seven months, but only received partial payment. Dusolo still owes $12,420, according to the claim. With interest, the total Stockhouse is seeking comes to $13,291. Dusolo has not yet responded to the lawsuit.
