DOX SHARES FOR DEBT
Dorex Minerals Inc. will be making an
application to the TSX Venture Exchange for the issuance of shares and warrants to pay outstanding debts in the
aggregate of $740,000. The shares will be issued at a deemed value of five cents with warrants exercisable for two years
at 10 cents.
