DEALNET ANNOUNCES ISSUANCE OF STOCK OPTIONS

On Sept. 1, 2015, DealNet Capital Corp.'s board of directors granted 257,200 stock options to a director of the company pursuant to the company's stock option plan. The stock options will vest immediately and will be exercisable for a period of five years at an exercise price of 56 cents per share.
