DEALNET CAPITAL CORP. ANNOUNCES ISSUANCE OF STOCK OPTIONS

DealNet Capital Corp., in accordance with the terms of the company's stock option plan, has issued an aggregate of 1.95 million stock options to officers, employees and consultants of the company. The options will vest over two years and will be exercisable for a period of three years at an exercise price of 23 cents per stock option.
