CLEMEX'S ANNUAL SHAREHOLDERS MEETING HAS BEEN RESCHEDULED TO DECEMBER 5, 2016

In light of the continuing negotiations for a proposed privatization of Clemex Technologies Inc. by 9804064 Canada Inc., a newly incorporated corporation owned by a group of shareholders, including RAL Diagnostics SAS, Zwick Roell AG, and Yves Bassat, the president, chief executive officer and chairman of the board of directors, Clemex Technologies has rescheduled its annual and special meeting of shareholders initially expected to be held on Oct. 28, 2016, to Dec. 5, 2016, with a new record date at the close of business on Nov. 7, 2016.
