VANCOUVER, BC - CADAN RESOURCES CORPORATION ("Cadan" or the "Company") The Company held its Annual General Meeting (th
--->e "AGM") at 10 am PST on April 11, 2014 in Vancouver.   At the meeting the following directors were re-elected:  Peter
---> Cunningham, Peter Main and François Marland.  In addition, the following four directors were elected Kunal Agarw
--->ala, Yuzheng Xie, Stephen Woods and Ryan Sander.   Messrs. Robert Butchard, Doug Evans and William Goode had provided 
--->their resignations prior to the Meeting and did not stand for re-election.  The number of Directors remained at 7.
