CONSOLIDATED WESTVIEW RESOURCE CORP ANNOUNCES CLOSING OF PRIVATE PLACEMENT

Consolidated Westview Resource Corp. has closed its previously announced private placement. Pursuant to the private placement, the company has raised $185,000 by the issuance of 925,000 shares at 20 cents per share. Proceeds are to be used for working capital.

The company paid cash finders' fees totalling $1,680 in connection with the private placement.

All the securities issued in connection with the private placement shall have a hold period of four months and a day and cannot be resold until Feb. 25, 2015. The private placement is subject to acceptance for filing by the NEX board of the TSX Venture Exchange.
