CVR MEDICAL EXPANDS CLINICAL FOOTPRINT

CVR Medical Corp. has received internal review board (IRB) approval by the Cleveland Clinic, sanctioning CVR to conduct clinical trials using the carotid stenotic scan (CSS) device. The trial will be overseen by primary investigator Dr. Heather Gornik, medical director of the non-invasive vascular laboratory in the Cleveland Clinic's department of cardiovascular medicine.

Cleveland Clinic was voted the No. 2 best hospital in the United States in 2018, according to U.S. News & World Report. With more than 1,400 beds on its main campus and 4,435 beds across its system, Cleveland Clinic is one of the largest and most respected hospitals in the country.
