CENTENERA CLOSES $387,000 PRIVATE PLACEMENT

Centenera Mining Corp. has closed the private placement previously announced on Aug. 12, 2016. The company has issued 1,548,000 shares at a price of 25 cents per common share for gross proceeds of $387,000. The company paid cash finders' fees of $5,250. All securities issued pursuant to the private placement are subject to a statutory hold of four months. Proceeds will be used to finance general working capital requirements, as well as costs associated with assessment of mineral projects and potential acquisitions.
