CARDIFF ENERGY CORP. PROVIDES CLAYTON #1H FLOW TEST UPDATE

Cardiff Energy Corp.'s operator, Eastern Shelf Operating LLC, has commenced the flow test on the Clayton No. 1H and results are expected later this week.

The company is pioneering the first Gardiner lime horizontal well in Runnels county, Texas, and although many delays were encountered the company has learned many valuable lessons that they will apply to its planned follow-up drilling program on its multizone Runnels county, Texas, leases.

Jack Bal, president and chief executive officer of Cardiff Energy, states, "We are looking forward to releasing the results of the Clayton No. 1H flow test as soon as they are available."
