CARDIFF ENERGY CORP. RECEIVES BALANCE OF FUNDS FROM EQUITORIAL EXPLORATION CORP.

Cardiff Energy Corp. is in receipt of the balance of funds from joint venture partner Equitorial Exploration Corp. Under the terms of the agreement from Sept. 30, 2015, Equitorial has purchased a 15-per-cent working interest in the Clayton No. 1H well for $270,000 (U.S.) from the company. Jack Bal, president and chief executive officer of Cardiff Energy Corp., states: "We are pleased to be working with a professional joint venture partner who has the ability to raise significant funds. Working together, we are positioned to leverage each other's expertise and lay out the foundations to an exciting drilling program."
