CANADIAN MINING ARRANGES DEBT SETTLEMENT

Canadian Mining Company Inc., subject to TSX Venture Exchange acceptance, will settle debt totalling $66,927.50 by the issuance of a total 1,338,740 common shares at five cents per share to two insiders of the company. Upon issuance, the shares will be subject to a four-month hold period.
