BLACKROCK ANNOUNCES FINAL JANUARY CASH DISTRIBUTIONS

BlackRock Asset Management Canada Ltd., an indirect, wholly owned subsidiary of BlackRock Inc., has declared the final January, 2015, cash distributions for the iShares Premium Money Market ETF. Unitholders of record on Jan. 27, 2015, will receive cash distributions payable on Jan. 30, 2015.

Details regarding the final per-unit distribution amounts are as set out in the attached table.
