COMPUTER MODELLING GROUP ANNOUNCES APPOINTMENT OF CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER

Computer Modelling Group Ltd. has promoted Ryan Schneider to chief operating officer, effective April 1, 2015.

Since joining Computer Modelling Group as vice-president, marketing, in October, 2011, Mr. Schneider has expanded the company's marketing efforts and assumed responsibility of Computer Modelling Group's information technology department. In April, 2012, he was appointed to vice-president, marketing and Canadian sales. In addition to his current duties, Mr. Schneider will assume overall responsibility for all operational units, with the exception of administration, finance and human resources. The chief operating officer, a new position within Computer Modelling Group, will report to the chief executive officer.

Mr. Schneider holds a bachelor of science and a master of science (electrical engineering) from the University of Calgary.

"Ryan has taken on increasingly important responsibilities at CMG over the past [3.5] years, during which he demonstrated exceptional technical abilities and commitment," said Ken Dedeluk, president and chief executive officer. "Ryan's experience and industry knowledge will continue to be important to the entire company, as he assumes his new role, and, in particular, his outstanding leadership will be invaluable as we continue to grow our business.
