Jay Taylor, in the July 13, 2016, edition of Gold, Energy & Tech Stocks, says hold Coral Gold Resources Ltd., recently 35 cents. He previously said buy on Sept. 15, 2009, at 65 cents and sell on Sept. 20, 2011, at 49 cents. Assuming a $1,000 investment for the initial buy, the sale would have yielded a loss of $266. He said buy again on Aug. 13, 2014, at 18 cents. A $1,000 investment then is now worth $1,944. Coral recently agreed to sell its Robertson property in Nevada to Barrick for $15.75-million (U.S.) cash, the return of 4.15 million shares of Coral held by Barrick (these shares will be cancelled) and a sliding-scale net smelter return royalty of 1 to 2.25 per cent. As well, if the Robertson project does not achieve production by Dec. 31, 2023, Barrick will have to make advance royalty payments to Coral of $500,000 (U.S.) a year. Mr. Taylor sees the deal as another "brilliant managerial move" by Coral's president, David Wolfin. Mr. Wolfin is also in charge of Avino Silver & Gold and is no less impressive to Mr. Taylor there. As for Coral, Mr. Wolfin evidently plans to turn it into a streaming company, he told Mr. Taylor. Mr. Taylor expects to learn more details on that front soon.
