CSM SYSTEMS CORP. HIRES CONDUIT INVESTOR RELATIONS LTD. TO PROVIDE INVESTOR RELATIONS SERVICES

CSM Systems Corp., subject to TSX Venture Exchange acceptance, has retained the services of Conduit Investor Relations Ltd. to provide investor relations services.

Conduit is a newly formed investor relations and corporate advisory business found by Derek Wood. Mr. Wood has been a licensed investment adviser for the last 13 years. Having worked in the brokerage business across Canada, Mr. Wood has established a large network of market participants from across Canada and throughout North America. Conduit will work to introduce CSM Systems to brokers, analysts, investors and other market participants throughout North America.

Mr. Wood commented: "Conduit is excited to be working with CSM Systems Corp. as it represents the very essence of the type of client desired. Conduit aims to work closely with underexposed companies with huge growth potential, where management has large vested interest in the company's success. Conduit feels the amount of risk to shareholders should be more than justified given the potential for a return on investment that has the ability to create substantial wealth. Conduit feels that CSM Systems is such a company."

The agreement with Conduit will be for an initial term of six months commencing immediately, and may be terminated by either party with 30 days notice. Conduit will receive an initial signing bonus of $5,000, a monthly fee of $7,000 and will receive 250,000 postconsolidated stock options (see news release dated July 22 announcing approval of stock consolidation) exercisable at a price of 15 cents per postconsolidated common share. The options follow the guidelines as set out in the company's stock option plan and as set by the TSX-V.
