CHITRCHATR SIGNS MARKET STABILIZATION AGREEMENT

ChitrChatr Communications Inc. has signed an agreement with Mackie Research Capital Corp., to be effective Oct. 1, 2014, by which Mackie will provide market stabilization services with respect to the company's common shares trading on the Canadian Securities Exchange for a monthly fee of $3,000.
