CORAZON ANNOUNCES CHANGES OF DIRECTORS
Corazon Gold Corp. has appointed Jason Scharfe and Bradley Scharfe to the board of directors.
Jason Scharfe has been a managing director of Marsh Canada Ltd. since January, 1994. He served as
vice-president of marketing of Secova Metals Corp., a company listed on the TSX Venture Exchange, from July, 2009, to Feb. 13, 2012, and has been a director of Secova Metals since Feb.
13, 2012. Jason Scharfe has been a director of Jager Resources Inc., a company listed on the Canadian
Securities Exchange, since October, 2013, and was a director of Eagle Hill Exploration Corp., a
company listed on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange, the TSX Venture Exchange and the OTC Bulletin Board, from July, 2006, to February,
2010. Jason Scharfe received his chartered insurance professional certificate from the Insurance Institute of
Canada in December, 1998. Jason Scharfe holds a diploma in financial management from British Columbia
Institute of Technology and received his bachelor of arts degree from the University of British Columbia in
April, 1991.
Bradley Scharfe has been focused on venture capital situations throughout his career, and has successfully
worked with multiple companies in the areas of capital requirements, public market concerns and
personnel. Bradley Scharfe is a founder and partner of Skanderbeg Capital Partners Inc., has been the
president, chief executive officer and a director of Secova Metals since Nov. 10, 2010, and was
the chief executive officer of Parkit Enterprise Inc., a company listed on the TSX-V, from March, 2012, to
November, 2012, and a director since March, 2012. Bradley Scharfe was a director of Fibre-Crown
Manufacturing Inc., a company listed on the TSX-V, from October, 2007, to January, 2012. Bradley Scharfe was a
partner of Calneva Financial Partners from 2004 to 2009, and he was previously a venture capital stock
broker with Canaccord Genuity Corp. for 12 years, earning chairman's club status during this time. Bradley Scharfe holds a bachelor of arts degree from the University of Toronto, with a major in commerce and
economics.
Rosalie Moore and John Burns have resigned as directors of Corazon.
