sounds like fatso was trading in moms account and when he didnt make any money he said dont worry mom we can sue the brokers and get your money back. make sure you got trade authorizations in order order boys thats why you pay your assistants.i think this fatso guy might be calculating .its funny these complaints ussually come after someone sells stock and them the stock goes up.

I am sure Shayne did nothing wrong. Probably the client is unhappy that the market is down and had it been up we wouldn't be seeing this article.
