Mr. Christopher Gulka reports

CHRISTOPHER GULKA ANNOUNCES EARLY WARNING REPORT FILING REGARDING SHAREHOLDINGS OF CENTURY ENERGY LTD.

Christopher Gulka, newly appointed chief financial officer and director of Century Energy Ltd., in connection with the previously announced private placement detailed in the news release of Century dated Dec. 1, 2014, has acquired 500,000 units of the corporation, each unit comprising one common share in the capital of the corporation and one share purchase warrant of the corporation.

Following the acquisition, Mr. Gulka beneficially owns an aggregate of 500,000 common shares, representing 6.35 per cent of the corporation's outstanding common shares. Mr. Gulka also holds 500,000 warrants which are convertible into 500,000 common shares upon due exercise thereof. If these warrants were duly exercised by Mr. Gulka, he would beneficially own one million common shares, representing 11.94 per cent of the corporation's outstanding common shares.

Mr. Gulka acquired the units pursuant to the private placement, and may, depending on market and other conditions, increase or decrease his beneficial ownership, control or direction over common shares, through market transactions, private agreements, treasury issuances, exercise of convertible securities or otherwise.

All common shares and warrants acquired and/or held by Mr. Gulka were acquired for investment purposes.
