CLIFFSIDE CAPITAL LTD. ANNOUNCES RESULTS OF ANNUAL AND SPECIAL MEETING OF SHAREHOLDERS

The nominees listed in Cliffside Capital Ltd.'s management proxy circular for the 2018 annual and special meeting of shareholders held today in Toronto were elected as directors of the corporation.

At the meeting, the shareholders of the corporation also approved the reappointment of PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP as auditor of the corporation and authorized the board of directors of the corporation to fix its remuneration, with 100 per cent of the votes in favour; and approved and ratified the corporation's existing amended and restated stock option plan, with 100 per cent of the votes in favour.
