CENTAMIN PLC: DIRECTOR ACQUISITION OF SHARES

Mark Arnesen, a non-executive director of Centamin PLC, acquired 34,000 ordinary shares in the company on Sept. 2, 2015, at a price of 58.2 pence per share. The transaction occurred on the London Stock Exchange.

The total shareholding for Mr. Arnesen is now 49,000 ordinary shares, or 0.004 per cent of the company's issued share capital.
