CALEDONIA MINING CORPORATION PLC: PURCHASE OF SHARES BY A DIRECTOR OF THE COMPANY

Caledonia Mining Corp. PLC received notice on Nov. 30, 2016, that Leigh Wilson, the chairman of the board, has purchased a total of 50,000 shares in the company at a price of $1.03 per share. Following this transaction, Mr. Wilson owns 215,000 shares in the company, representing approximately 0.41 per cent of the issued share capital of the company.
